Inside Doctor Henry Jekyll’s Laboratory

Telling genetic stories through drawing

Drawing workshop conducted in the scope of the opening of the exhibit “A Journey Through Human Genetic Diversity”, Philip Cabau
16 January, 2 pm – 5 pm | i3S, Meeting Room E

If pictures tell a story, then our drawings depict stories already told. In pieces, looked at from within, almost everything in drawings is made up, and their worth is entirely assigned by us. Unlike science. Even if worlds apart, drawing also relies on science to tell stories.

This drawing workshop will turn participants into detectives who, focusing on a lab and a scientist, will reenact an improbable story.
